Adrian has completed many building projects for us, and has always been a pleasure to work with. He listens to our ideas, gives great advice, and builds exactly want we want, even when we don’t have plans. He directs a good team of contractors, and gets the project done in time, for a reasonable price.
In 2009 Adrian renovated our neglected timber house, and since then he’s built a lovely granny flat in our garden, expanded and renovated our bathroom, built a beautiful timber front fence, and created workshop and laundry under the house. When we bought a block of 4 flats in poor, original condition, at short notice Adrian managed the renovation so we could get them rented quickly. Years later, they still look like new.
