I signed with Adrian from Onsite Building for a new custom build home in the Blue Mountains, after he was highly recommended by a local draftsman and following a comprehensive and competitive quote, which included the use of quality materials and inclusions.
From the start, Adrian and his contractors were reliable, friendly, honest, and flexible. The building stage itself was positive due to open lines of communication with many phone calls and emails going back and forth each week, allowing for progress updates, changes and any concerns to be resolved quickly.
The overall quality of workmanship, attention to detail and finish was excellent, inside and out, and it was always nice, when neighbours, locals walking past, and tradesmen, would comment and say how great the house looked.
If I build again, I will use Onsite Building, and this is why I strongly recommend Adrian and his team for anyone considering using a custom builder.
